Do you charge more for towns farther from Duluth?
No. On-site visits carry the same flat $95 service and dispatch fee in Bemidji, Moose Lake or Port Wing as in Duluth, with no mileage charges or zones, and it's waived when you approve the work. Because distance doesn't change the fee, send every job on your list at once so one trip covers them. The pricing page explains how the fee and quote work.
Do you serve Superior and the Wisconsin side?
Yes. We work in Superior, the Village of Superior and the surrounding Douglas and Bayfield County communities as well as Minnesota. Wisconsin projects follow Wisconsin permit rules, set by the city, village or town the property sits in, and the Wisconsin town guide has notes for each one. Send your address and task list, and most quotes go out within one business day.
Do you cover Cloquet and Carlton County?
Yes. Cloquet, Carlton, Esko and the surrounding listed communities are in the coverage area. Permit rules differ inside it: Cloquet and Carlton issue their own building permits, Esko falls under Thomson Township, and rural Carlton County requires a zoning permit for any new structure. Can I request work in Two Harbors or at a seasonal property?
Yes. Two Harbors and the North Shore are in the coverage area, and seasonal properties are welcome. Include the full address, an access contact, the weeks the place is open and a prioritized list, so the work can be planned whether or not you are there.
